Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation. During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sale events), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During Q4 and the holiday season, processing and shipping times may increase. This is normal, as higher order volumes can affect fulfilment speeds. We recommend placing your order in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of global destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries across Asia and South America. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@blanvoire.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Delayed Packages
