• To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, we recommend following the care instructions on the label sewn into each garment. As a general rule, washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and avoiding tumble drying will help maintain the fabric and fit over time. • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us atsupport@blanvoire.com. There is no need to send the item back — refunds are assessed based on your claim and, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
