Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid and eligible reason for your request. Eligible reasons include receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of these issues apply, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Damages and Issues

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon reception so that we can evaluate the issue and process your refund accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for refunds, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed, and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
